This notice describes the information handled by the current PLR Automotive website. It applies to this version of the site, including its vehicle pages, articles and browser-based calculators.
Information stored in your browser
The website uses local storage to remember your language. Older versions may have stored state/city and saved-model preferences; the clear-preferences button removes those keys too. Calculator inputs are processed in your browser and are not submitted to a dealer. Search terms appear in the page URL when you use the homepage search, so hosting providers may receive them as part of the page request. No account or dealer lead is created by the search.
When you contact us
If you email or call the contact details shown on this site, you choose to share your email address or phone number and the information in your message. We use that information to consider and respond to your request, investigate a correction or address a privacy concern. Email and telephone providers process communications under their own terms. Do not send Aadhaar details, payment-card information, passwords or unnecessary vehicle-owner documents.
Hosting, fonts and external links
Hosting and security providers may process technical request information such as IP address, browser details and access times to deliver and protect the site. The site requests fonts from Google Fonts, which can receive connection information when your browser loads them. Vehicle images are served from this site's files. When you follow a manufacturer or other external link, that destination's privacy practices apply. Any hosting-platform sign-in used for private access is separate from a PLR customer account.
Advertising, analytics and sharing
This version contains no PLR-installed advertising scripts, analytics trackers, newsletter registration or contact form. We do not operate a personal-data sales or dealer-lead programme on it. Service providers may process data to provide hosting or communications, and information may be disclosed where legally required. If advertising, analytics or data-collection features are added, this notice and any required choices must be updated before those features operate.
Retention, requests and your choices
Browser preferences remain until you clear them or the browser removes them. Contact correspondence is kept only as needed to deal with the request, maintain an appropriate record or meet applicable obligations; we do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period. We may need proportionate verification before acting and will handle requests subject to applicable law. Do not email identity documents unless a necessary, secure process has been agreed.
Security, children and changes
No internet service can promise absolute security. This is general vehicle information, not a service directed at collecting children's personal data. A parent or guardian can contact us if a child has sent personal information. We may revise this notice as the site changes; the date shown identifies the current version.
